SOA - was you the guy I spoke to at the West Wing entrance on Tuesday morning? I was told a guy had won a fair amount of money on the poker table, and he had a London accent.
Left on Saturday afternoon to come home but I did speak to one of Ward's family and they were confident he would win. Also spoke to Roy Jones Junior who was doing a radio broadcast. He was carrying around his belt with him. I didn't realize he is only 5ft 8in or so.

I scored it round by round, and I had it dead even only into round 12.
and round 12 was a pick 'em round so I'm fine with the decision.

Kovalev wasn't aggressive enough after the knock down, he should have cut the ring off and not let Ward breath and the fight would have been done in 5 rounds.
Instead Ward spoiled and bored his was through the fight for 12 rounds. Kovalev still nicked it for me, but it should never have got that far, Wards is awful to watch.

It'd have to be a very convincing win after a knockdown. I havent seen the fight but it sounds far from convincing enough to be unanimous.

After watching it back id say it was still an Andre Ward narrow win, lots of swinging and missing and the cleaner work was done by ward from the 4th onwards he controlled the fight

It was a pro Ward crowd in there last night, I did see a good few swing and misses from kovalev

It as a close fight but no way did Kovelev lose that one.
He clearly won the first 3 rounds including a knock down. The rest of the fight was close but he did enough to win at least 3 of the next 9 rounds.
Unbelieveable that all 3 judges gave it to Ward.

Fair enough, I genuinely didn't see him winning any of the first 5 or 6. Interesting to know how you view it second time around.

There is no way Andre Ward won that fight.
Kovalev was up 4-0 after the 3rd round. (10-8 second round cos of the knockdown he inflicted on Ward) So judges then thought that Ward won the last 7 rounds 5-2? Laughable.
